Attaching Images to People

Follow these steps to add an image to a bio.

From the Dashboard

  1. Click on "People" in the left navigation.
  2. Find the Bio you would like to edit by using the "Search People" box or by scrolling through the faculty associated with your site.
  3. Click on the name of the faculty member to get to the "Person" window.
  4. Click on the "Edit" icon in the upper right to get to the "Edit Person" window.
  5. In the lower right column, locate the "Image" box. 
  6. Click on "Browse" to select an image from your local drive.
  7. Use the "Recrop Image" feature to fine tune the image.
  8. Save.
  9. Check how the image appears in two places:
    1. Look at the List Page of the website.
    2. Look at the faculty member's Show Page.
