Attaching Images to Pages

Each page can have one attached image and any number of embedded images. Optionally, these images may appear in "lightbox" format. Lightboxed images display in a larger format when a user clicks on them.

Follow these steps to attach an image to a page.

1. Edit the page.
2. At the bottom of the page, under the heading "Attach Image," click "Choose File."
3. Select the image you wish to upload and click "save". (This step may be different on different computers/browsers.)
4. Add a byline and/or caption if needed.
5. Choose the "Image Location" selecting one of the pictured alignments.
6. Save the page.

This functionality is determined by the page's template. Pages that use the standard "page" template will display the image. The image will be lightboxed and will be coded to allow it to form a slideshow when other images are embedded in the page. Other templates may treat the image differently or may not display it at all.
