Bio List

The bio_list template displays a list of faculty and staff bios. This is useful if you want to present your people in a different manner from the standard People application.

Page Setup

To create a bio list page:

1. Add a new page. This can be created on its own or in a section.
2. Choose "bio_list" for the template.
3. Set the page to "published".
4. In the right-hand column, near the bottom, find the field labeled "Email list" and add to it the first portion of the Mason emails of the people you want on the page. Separate the emails with commas and do not add spaces between items. For instance: dcollie2,mwhiteo,smarcia.
5. Save your page.
6. Review the page. If any bios are missing, you need to affiliate those people with your site.

If you are displaying people who are not affiliated with your site, be sure to affiliate them so their show pages will function.
